    We plan on tweaking itemized bills in the very near future. I think the quantity idea is a good one, along with the optional tax idea. We’ll keep these in mind when reworking the UI.

    This is absolutely crucial. In CO, we have two sales tax rates for items: 4.0% and 2.9%. It would be awesome to be able to check the tax rate for each item or perhaps tag a group of items at a certain tax rate. The calculations in the itemized bill would then need to take that into account. The idea for entering a quantity is also absolutely awesome. I find myself doing the math in a calculator and then writing in the quantity in the item's description.
