Interesting idea, thanks for the suggestion!

I’m leaving your idea as “under review” to see if others have the same request. Our repeating expenses system could definitely be improved in several ways, but to be honest, doing so isn’t on the medium term roadmap at the moment.

    Best,
    Jon

This is the only feature that prevents me to throw away my "home spreadsheet". Say I pay a plane ticket for my girlfriend and I with credit card, in 5 payments without interests. I would:

    1) Add "Plane tickets"
    2) Set the total amount (let's say $1000)
    3) Set how it should be split (50/50 in this case)
    4) Set how many payments (let's say 5, so $200 each payment => $100 each of us every month)
    5) Set how often (every month) and a starting and end time (let's say from January to May)

In many countries we do this: split a large amount with a credit card (hell, even credit cardS)

We agree that managing recurring bills could be better. Currently, the way to edit recurring bills is to change the most recent copy and that will change ones that follow. It will not affect the past expenses.
We’re considering how to improve this, and will leave this under review for now.
