Ifttt integration for automated expense management
Using split wise in ifttt recipes like outputting to a google spreadsheet for example.
Wanted to let you know that Splitwise is now supported on Zapier, a platform very similar to IFTTT: https://zapier.com/zapbook/splitwise/
Unfortunately we have been unable to make gains re: being added to the IFTTT platform. Thanks for your patience.

If this then that integration has revolutionized the way we automate our daily tasks, and automated expense management is no exception. By connecting different services and devices, IFTTT makes it easy to track and manage expenses automatically. With IFTTT integration for expense management, users can set up custom rules, triggers, and actions to categorize expenses, track receipts, and even receive notifications for unusual transactions. This powerful tool allows for seamless expense management, giving users more time to focus on other important tasks or hobbies, like remotely controlling a car.

any update on this?
Without IFTTT integration it remains a nice toy for some kids, and never became a serious product.

Thing is that Monzo isn’t on Zapier, so realistically I need you to support IFTTT!

Could the date field be included in this API? This way, the expense would appear on the due date instead of the received email date.
any updates on this?

IFTTT integration would be hugely helpful. Right now, I have several recurring monthly expenses, but the actual amounts change month-to-month. So, I regularly have to go back and modify Splitwise expenses for utilities, as an example.
Since I receive statements via email, I could set a recipe that automatically detects messages based on IFTTT parameters, then detect the 'amount due' and add the entry to SW. Entries could be assigned to specified groups, and a confirmation notification could be used to verify the data is correct.
Creating an API for importing and exporting data in Splitwise would allow users to spend less time on data entry and more time on winning! I'm a paying member, and I appreciate the continued dedication to improvement.
Agreed. I would most likely have something parse my email and extract bills and add them to splitwise automatically.
Please do it!! No updates.. :(
What I would like to do for example is adding expense on a Splitwise group when I receive billing from Spotify..
