Invite Friends from facebook friend list
The Facebook invite system has changed a lot over the years, and it makes it hard for users to receive updates, notifications, etc. Also, many users do not like getting invites through Facebook.
We are still open to doing this, and we’ll leave it under review for further voting or commentary. For now, we recommend you send invites via email or SMS.

Send notifications to contacts via Facebook instead of SMS or email. Linking contacts with their Facebook accounts, I meant.

It's a joke that a Facebook integration still doesn't exist since 2013.

Some of my friends already use Splitwise. But I can't find them. Even if they tell me that they use it, I still need to ask for their email and to invite them through it :( I would prefer to have a section "Find friends" and to see who of the people connected to me on Facebook are also using Splitwise + to be able to invite them this way.
Bonus - show Facebook friends who don't use it yet so that I would be able to invite them as well. -

It would be great to add/invite friends from Facebook. If I give you access to my Facebook page, you most probably can show me a list of my friends on Facebook.
When I create a report, it's much faster to invite friends from Facebook directly, rather then to write to each of them and to ask to share their personal email and only then to add them. -

Also in Australia so numbers don't work. Many of my friends don't actively check email but all rely on FB like water! Doesn't need to be every notification, just a one off maybe with a link pointing them in the direction of a splitwise transaction :)

I'm in Australia so entering a phone number never works... Also I don't tend to have people's email addresses on hand. I'd use this more if I could connect with someone through Facebook or another medium...!

Invite friends using Facebook !
It's hard to find everyone's email address

This is one single feature missing I would love to have. We have a Facebook group of our weekly soccer games, and it only asks to have a possibility of inviting those people to split wise.

I would love it if you guys can implement this feature. It's kind of a pain to manually invite friends via email, especially after I've connected my Facebook account with Splitwise.

So why is it still not implemented?

I agree! That would simplify things so much!
