We’d love to integrate with Mint, but the decision is mostly on Mint’s side. If you’d like Mint to add Splitwise, you can let them know in the comments here:

Hey all! I recently launched a modern bill splitting tool: https://SplitMyExpenses.com that allows you to import your expenses via file upload, where that file can come directly from Mint.com transactions export, so you don't need to manually type out your expenses or dates to be able to split them. My app can even connect to your bank accounts/credit cards, so your expenses automatically get imported daily, and splitting them is a breeze with a modern UI!
