If you're having trouble uploading an image or PDF attached to a bill, please note that our server restricts file uploads to 2MB or less, and requires that files finish uploading within 30 seconds. If you're on slow internet or 3G, you may want to retry uploading your image later. (When possible, our mobile apps should do this automatically!)
