Login with Google/Facebook even for the app
Have an option of logging in using Google/Facebook even for the mobile app

Hi there. We do support Google login on Android. We may bring other social login options to mobile some day but it’s not on the road map presently.
If you created a web account via Facebook / Google, you can still log into that account on mobile. Just visit ‘account settings’ in the web app and add a password to your account. Then you can log in on mobile using your Facebook / Google ID and the password you set.

When I tried logging in using the same username/password as my google account it says “incorrect username/password”.
Kindly add a “Login with Google/Facebook” on the iOS app.
If you can’t add the login with FB/Google option at least make the account accessible by manual entering of registered username and password.
Thanks !!

Every time I try and use splitwise on mobile (where it seems most natural), I end up going through the same routine:
- trying to remember why it's not on my phone
- downloading it
- opening it
- realizing I don't know the password (because I login via Google on iOS)
- then deleting the app because it's essentially unusable for me (half the point of using Google to login is so that I don't have to manage another password).I appreciate prioritization for the sanity of PMs/devs, but folks this cannot be a huge change to implement to fix a major UX inconsistency.
