Owe
The owes you and you owe is always confused with us. So please see if you can have this word replace with any good understandable word please
Thanks
Thanks for the suggestion! We’ve spent a lot of time on the language in the app and this is the best set of words we’ve been able to come up with. It’s not something we plan to change, but I’d love to hear more about why it’s confusing.

I have always been a fan of gambling, and lately my main emphasis has been on betting. Experience has taught me that for successful bets it is important to choose reliable bookmakers. Betting 1win in India https://1win-in.net/ has become a reliable partner for me. They value customers here, guarantee timely payments and offer good odds, which is an important criterion for me

The word "owes" is used to indicate that someone or something is under an obligation to pay or repay something to another person or entity. For example, you might say "I owe you $10 for lunch" or "The bank owes me $500 for a loan payment." If you love driving games visit https://trafficjam3d.com

@splitwise support, Owes is making a lot confusion. If it can be replaced by "A gets XXX Rs from B"
It will be more understandable. I believe that, a software which is more understandable and user friendly is the best one to be picked up . -

When a new expense is entered, others receive a message that says "You owe X", even if that person's loans to others are greater than that person's share of this expense (that is, the person owes no money on the whole). My group finds this very confusing. I suggest changing the words to say "You borrowed X" and then to include some statement along with it that says, "overall, including all expenses, you owe Y".

The terminology is INTENSELY confusing. No one in my house is "lending" each other money when we settle our bills -- we're settling our bills, and paying back the money that WE were lent. It gets especially bad when you have multiple people in multiple groups -- like the one recently that was telling me how my boyfriend lent me money (even though he was the one who owed me money in that group). Just using the color differentials isn't enough.
It's clear that the bill settling is handled at least slightly different in the Splitwise system, so there's no reason that different terminology can't be used. This is a really unfortunate piece of UX writing.

Ee never use the word Owe in India. It really becomes confusing while using them. Receivable and Payable are more simple.
