Automated payment reminders to friends to pay club memberships
We have a club, where we would have about 10-15 people pay around $100 every 3 months, how can we set this up on an automated basis, so they get email reminders that we will take the money from them as agreed

Thanks for the suggestion! We have a couple of features that come close to solving this issue (recurring expenses and reminders), but neither of them quite work in your case. We’ll take a look at this next time we’re working on either of these systems.

agreed, owed money is piling up and people just dont pay you unless you ask! and asking for money is so cheap. If they are reminded on a daily basis, they may end up paying out of guilt.

I agree with all these comments. It feels less rude for me, and less embarrassing for friend if there are auto reminders that you can set for either a friend, or a group.

Have option to enable reminder for some threshold pending amount.
With most the friend high amount used to pending since month , there should be daily/weekly reminder option should be there with user define limit. -

people forget to pay sometimes also it is very rude to send them reminder to pay.
So, provide automatic reminder to pay the expenses at the start of the month.
