Split an expense equally with individual $ or % adjustment
Use-Case: Utility Bills where in 99.9% of the time it is split equally, except in the case of individual-specific overage charges.
I would like to be able to set the bill to split equally, then add/subtract either a finite $ amount or a % to one person, and then (here's the important part) see the amount the other people owe automatically adjust to still be split equally (amongst the remaining parties) such that the leftover amount is brought back down to $0.00 automatically.
A competing service has this feature and it is very useful to not have to compute manually what the other parties in the group should owe after adjusting one person for any overages specific to them.
We’ve added various ways to split a bill unevenly. This includes: shares, %, total amount, and adjustments!

Add a feature to split bill 2x or 3x times to an individual while adding a expense in group.
ex: an expense $40 for 5 people in a group and it should be divided between few individuals of the group.
Zzzz group : A1,A2,A3,A4 and A5
A1 paid an expense of 40$ and it should be split between A1 (2times equal split amount) , A3 (2times equal split amount) and A5 1x equal split amount.
or
Expense should be split between A1 and A5 only but not equally as below.
A1 paid an expense of $40 and should split between A1 and A5 as 3x share ($24) and 2x share ($16).
or
A1 paid an expense of $ 40 and should split between A1,A2 & A5 as 1.5x equal share between these three.

Another example where this would apply:
A purchase, e.g. groceries, where most items are split equally among the group, except for a few personal items. I would like to be able to assign the cost of the personal items to their respective owners, and then split the rest of the receipt total equally among the group.
Currently this has to be calculated manually (as stated previously), which is cumbersome and then reduces the utility of the tool.
