the monthly overview does not count refunds correctly. I believe that when money would be refunded to either party, then the monthly expense would go down (by that amount) - but it doesn't.

There should be a chart (pie/bar) in excel sheet or as an another option in app. So, user can check there spends(in amounts and percentage) according to categories not users. Otherwise I have to download the csv then convert this in excel then applied formula and create pie chart. Also, there should be option to add custom categories.

To know to cost of electronics after some months of usage

Would be good to be able to see monthly summaries from previous 12 months or so for things such as a household splits

1. Plot the expenses curves for each month for comparison
2. Plot the pie charts for expenditure to identify expenditure areas every month.

And more of analysis to track expenditure

Show monthly expenses which does not include settlements in summary view.

category wise graph for all expenses from beginning to end and also the split up of different categories. that is a filter 'all the time'

It would be great if I could get infromation about my total expense in some categories like transportation, movies, etc.

Hi, thanks for updating the charts. One thing I have noticed is that the summary tables at the end of the charts count any settling up payments as part of the expenses total. Could we update this to keep those to separate or at least count the payments part as a credit?

As well as having monthly charts that display categories,
have category charts that track spending on that category by month.

I came here to ask for this as well. Even a simple start/end date entry to select the period would be perfect.

I'd love to see the graph page expanded: monthly breakdowns for past months, bar or line charts that show total spending per month for a range of months, and a way to filter charts by one or more category.

Yes, please! The charts icon shows bar graphs, so I was expecting a by time view, not the pie chart you get.
