hey guys love the work you are doing. One tiny suggestion is that for tip and tax calculation, I would prefer to enter the amount and not the %.
Also when entering data the widget or small screen that the site switches to is too small, please make the experience full screen.
Both of these issues are now fixed!

These features are both really helpful, but I just realized that I've been adding tip incorrectly for the last year! I assumed that I didn't have to type the % symbol and it would be assumed that I was entering a percentage. Perhaps a tooltip explaining the two options would be helpful?
please disregard my complaint. i was just having trouble understanding the new implementation. i think it's extremely good now that i get it. my complaint is no longer valid. the system's perfect. thank you guys for creating such an amazing product
The percentage for tax was MUCH better. Why would someone want to split the tax equally when the actual expenses are to be split unequally. Entering the percentage meant that each person's final due was accurately increased according to their individual expense and the percentage of tax. Now, you've gotta manually calculate and enter it or just split the tax equally for everyone. I think folks who prefer the latter option can do so by simply treating the tax as another regular expense to be shared by some or all people in the group. For those of us who want to be more precise, this change makes the program less useful and more cumbersome. Please fix it or at least have it as an option. Thanks.
