I had subscribed to Splitwise Pro, to get the benefits of charting/dashboarding feature to track expenses. But it is a disappointment to not see any improvements made in this area. Request to please improve the charts and the UX for the same.
Feature Requests:
-Personalised expense tracking system(sortable by category/time period)
-Group expense tracker(sortable by category/time period)
-improved charts (bar graphs and pie charts)

Sería genial poder ir viendo los totales gastados por mi en cualquier momento del mes, para pode ir haciendo seguimiento de los gastos (un resumen de todos los grupos y gastos sin grupo). Por otro lado sería bueno poder agregar en algún lado el Ingreso mensual para poder ir viendo cómo van nuestros gastos respecto a esos ingresos.

App should show two pie charts. first one could be of a total money I have to pay and second could be of a total money I would get. Each pie chart could show distribution according to the members in that particular group. It will help us to visualize expenditures in easier way. We could see from pie chart that who ows me more and who is more owed by me.

show amount spent by me and all my personal expenses when I actually paid in cash separately in personal expenses. Also, it'd be great if one could add his/her personal expenses to track his expenditure which will show up in his personal expenses.

one should be able to see amount below expense title. helps in quick reference. Also, It'd be great if this app could be extended as personal expense manager as well. like set up initial bank balance. It'll show how much you spent on what item, your current balance and would also sync/add ones group expenses when he paid or settled up.

As of now splitwise dashboard only shows the total amount i owe to others or others owe to me. I would like to see at the end of every month how much i have actually spent. For that i need to know the (Total amount I paid - Total amount I get back) or (Total amount I paid + Total amount I owe to others) whichever is applicable.

That's would be great if I could see a summary of my own expenses to know how much and where I spent my money during the month

I've all my expenses posted on splitwise anyway. So it would be great if I can see a monthly pie-chart or table to show just MY expenses, irrespective of who paid them and how they were settled.
On a side note, exporting to a spreadsheet would also be great in the interim, so that I can plot my own graphs or do analysis.

Yup we should have option to track our personal expenses, currently i do it by making a group that contains only me.

I absolutely support this idea.
I currently have an unwieldy Excel sheet for charting expenses by category over a number of month. It's a pain to maintain though!

Splitwise should have the ability to, say, tell me how much I spend on my "power bill" category over all months.
