Simplify debts for people not in groups
we love this site and the relates applications both in iOS and android. But what i feel missing is a simpler way shuffle debts between friends that are not in a single group. The simplify debts feature between a group s good and understandable that people know each other, but for expenses that were not added to a group can not be shuffled. Please add a feature where you can shuffle amounts between a group of people.

We actually have a “simplify debts” feature that lets you do a one-time shuffle with friends – it’s on the user settings page under “Advanced features”. We consider it a power-user feature (since it changes people’s balances in a way that can be more difficult to understand than within-group debt simplification), so we don’t encourage most people to use it, but it’s available if you want it!

Why is this feature removed?? I have used it previously so many times and have found it useful! Now I cannot find this under Advanced Features anymore... :((((

Would be cool if you had the option of where the simplification goes, i.e. ability to select a group for the simplification to go to as well as the non-group expense option.

A owes me 100 and B owes me 100 too. B owes A 100 as well. B would pay me 200 to pay all his debt. This settles all three of us with a single payment. You need to include a feature of identifying mutual friends for this to work as all three friends have to be on splitwise with each other.

Suppose A,B,C and D have some non-group debts among them, then they all should be able to simplify the debts among themselves if all members agree (one could initiate simplification and others could accept the request to simplify)

Allow inter group debt cancellation among ppl in mutual groups.

If I owe Mr. A $10, and Mr. B owes me $7, then, a feature of "Adjust with friends" wherein I can adjust my $7 between Mr. A and Mr. B leading to a net balance of $3 payable to Mr. A and nothing receivable from Mr. B. It would be easier this way rather than posting individual entries.

Currently simplify debt can be done at group level, it would be helpful if this option can be enabled outside the group also

sometimes i owe my one friend and he has to pay someone else so first i have to pay him after that he pays other person which is not relevant. It should have option to pay for someone else.

I understand simplify can be done at group level. However can it also be done at friends level. This will ensure minimum transactions between friends. Not sure if this feature is already there
