calculate individual's monthly(user defined) expense.
The current application shows only how much a person owes/owed. It would be better if one can tract his complete monthly expense. If you need extra help, you can contact me. I am a software engineer and I would be glad to help you.

one should see his total expenses between dates or monthwise. And there should be option to enter the personal spendings which will count in thst total expenses

Tracking of individual expenses from the group or that has been divided between friends.
If a sum up of this is available people can check how much they have spent this month and keep a track on that.
Also if there's an option to enter the details like borrowed money / withdrew or whatever it's easier to track. -

Consider a scenario with three people A,B,C are in single group. B spends 99 units for the group. A spends 9 units for the group. C spends nothing.
A's monthly expense = absolute[sum(A's expense) - what A gets back + what A owes to others]
Similarly for B and C.
