More mobile notifications rather email
Like if someone pays me then it must be a push notification. For every notification i am the one who should choose what type of msg i get bt in most push notification is bot an option.
Push notifications for the Friends and Groups notifications and Expense notifications makes sense.

There should be an option for mobile notification for "when someone pays me".

Usually I check splitwise in weeks and every time I can't check all the activities through out the week. So in case if anyone has settle dues I am not aware of it. Please can you start sending popup notification to mobile that someone has cleared/settle his due.

I would like to be able to receive notifications on my phone for upcoming bills not just through my email, right now I can't. I don't really understand why some notifications can come through the phone but others can only come through email.

I look at my text messages way more than my email and I would love to get notified by text when a bill is coming due or any other form of alert from the app !
