Add an option to attach image during adding expenses so that one can attach bills, receipt.

There should be a camera icon on all of our platforms to let you attach an image when you add an expense.

copper of friends did shopping and one guy paid for all. I got the bill. I take photo of Bill. I create expense in Splitwise. and add the photo with it. each one can see what he bought and pay back accordingly

Just an optional bill attachment through camera for proof of expense while adding an expense. Could be optional but its good if we have to sort out things easily.
