Currency is shown as USD even if i select INR. same thing is getting reflected when i checked online.
Currencies should now get displayed correctly on all platforms. If you are still having issues, please contact email@example.com

Hey Anonymous – if you're having an issue with multiple currencies showing up in Splitwise over and over, it's very likely that you and some of your friends have different default currencies set. Ask your friends to double-check their defaults, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look into it for you.
This is a major issue, I am seeing the $ symbol even though INR is selected as default currency, sometimes the website converts USD to INR and so it shows a strange amount. Some times I see double entries on the mobile app.
Currently the only workaround is to periodically use the settings menu to force everything into INR, luckily doing this only changes the currency and does not factor in the exchange rate.

Just to be clear, I see this bug on the website too (not just the Android app). Despite selecting INR as my currency, I see the $ symbol everywhere.
