Near impossible to investigate why someone owes me the exact amount that they do without going through all the expenses in a group from the beginning and tallying it all up myself. (My group is too big for that. I just can't ask for that money back anymore.)

My friends and I frequently wonder how we came to owe each other money through our various summed-up group expenses. It would be nice to be able to see how the final amount you owe someone was calculated, including a list of the involved transactions.

Although we have all activities listed in as a single list.it would be helpful to have a history of payment between two persons separately instead of checking the transaction from that whole list.

I use splitwise in a group. we often make payments and forget to record it. it would help me a lot if Splitwise listed exactly why I owe person A $40, person B $3, etc. I wish it could show me what exact transactions occurred between me and person A, or me and person B.

right now, I can't figure this out unless I scroll through the ENTIRE group activity, which is filled with a lot of unrelated information.

You can add an option filter in expenses made in group so that we can easily know how much each person spent and where he / she spent

Sayi have 5 members in my group. Now i can see each owes or i owe a particular amount. What i need to know is the individual contribution of each member towards that amount.. Please try to incorporate this option or if already exists please advice how to view that.

Either filter a group activity by a specific friend, or see the transactions between you and a specific friend, not just the balance for a particular group

Main menu shows, I owe some amount to a friend in a group. When I tap on the amount I owe to the person in a group, it shows all the group expenses rather than the ones that I owe to the person directly.

When we add expenses in groups they are many people involved. If we have some doubts it will be helpful to see all expenses that are common between I and one of my friend. So add a feature that will show what are the expenses for which my friend spended money that involve me. Thanks.

to get to know the transaction of that person specifically in the mentioned group, at present when you see a persons account he has some balances recorded in different or non groups, when u click any group, expenses of all member appear.. You cant specially locate balances of a concerned person

In group i am not able to see the specific expenses in which my friend is involved

Say I owe X, a$ in a group and X owes me a$ individually. The app still shows that I owe X in the group and X owes me individually. Could you merge both of them as well?

I would like to show sum of group expenses that we owes or owed under each group, so this will give clear view on how much we owes/owed to group/individual.

When i am viewing all my dealings with my friend, the non-group expenses show up perfect. But the group expenses are not shown expense wise. They simply show up like "group_name : money_lent/borrowed".

Now when i click on that group I expect to see ONLY those expenses which are with that friend, but alas I am flooded with all group expenses!

Maybe the friend's page itself should break down group expenses.

Currently there some doesn't seem to be an option to retrieve an itemized list of expenses that I owe to particular person in the group or expenses that I paid for which a particular person owes me
