I agree that this would be useful! It’s on our list of possible features, but we haven’t gotten around to it yet – sorry for the delay.

Hey there – very sorry for the trouble! We would love to add a “this is how I like to be repaid” feature that would let you specify your favorite payment services and the IDs you use on each platform. Can’t say exactly when this will get implemented (we’re a really tiny team) but it’s on the radar. Thanks for your patience.

As of late 2015, Google Wallet does not currently have a public API for person-to-person payments, so unfortunately there’s not a way for us to integrate with them directly. If Google adds that ability at some point in the future, then we’d love to consider this!

We agree that managing recurring bills could be better. Currently, the way to edit recurring bills is to change the most recent copy and that will change ones that follow. It will not affect the past expenses.
We’re considering how to improve this, and will leave this under review for now.ajxtaylor supported this idea · -

Hi there,
We’re open to doing P2P integrations if they become popular and if the payment system creates a good way for us to build the integration.
I’ll leave this thread open to see how many other people would like FB messenger payments.
Best,

There are tons of stories online about payment reversal scams - basically the borrower claims their friend is a merchant and venmo reverses the transaction because merchant transactions aren't allowed on personal accounts. Facebook doesn't have that, and money is transferred faster and transactions are more irreversible because they only allow debit cards.

Near impossible to investigate why someone owes me the exact amount that they do without going through all the expenses in a group from the beginning and tallying it all up myself. (My group is too big for that. I just can't ask for that money back anymore.)
