you can display the date while showing the each transaction. it will help a lot.

Add Date and time for each payment added on the front so we don't have to go inside payment to see the date. It will be easy to find payment on date basis.

Today, the mobile app only shows all expenses grouped by the month. This is good. However, there is no way to tell on which day the expense was incurred on the mobile app. You can simply show the day alone if showing the full date is very difficult on the limited space you get to work with on the mobile screen

Is there really no progress since 2014 in this specific point?
Why is it possible with iOS but not with Android?
I pay for Splitwise Pro and don't have this useful feature on my Android Phone.
On iOS Phones it's available for free.

Please add the expense date in the list, as it is easier to identify which expense belongs to which day without having to tap on each individual expense.

If you think it might be too cluttered, allow the user which items from the expense (name, affected users, date, etc) may be shown up to a max number of items.

The iPhone app has dates and is wonderful to use, the android app omits dates and that makes it much less usable. Please add dates on the expense list - if the iPhone app can do it I don’t believe avoiding a cluttered screen is a valid excuse

When the expenses with the friend are viewed it shows a list with some details. It does not show what date the expense was made on. Hence, for repetitive expenses I need to open each to make sure I haven't forgotten a day or enter the expense twice for a day.

The list view of items in the group does not show the date against the item. This feature is present in the iOS app but not in the android app.

Guys please please please make this available is really a big pain trying to find expenses. This app is supposed to make our lifes easier but every time I have to find an expense it makes me want to switch to a different app

Guys please make this feature available. I know is not a big pain for you to do it and it would make our lifes easier. When you have several expenses every month and you happened to find a bill in your wallet that your are not sure if it was added or not, you have to guess where to start clicking to cross check by dates with the actual bill and then keep opening random expenses until you make sure if it's in or not. Is really an extra cognitive effort that I don't enjoy doing. Please display dates.

Date should be there. For traceability

Currently we have to open that particular txn entry to check on which date this was added.

while scrolling through the particular group expenses i am not able to see the date i posted the expense.. it should be right below the expense desc. so i dont need to go to each and every expense to check at what date it was expensed.

Please make it possible to see expense dates from the group overview rather than just show a date-less list for each month and only show dates in the detailed view of any single expense.

The date is not shown in app, if someone wants to look for specific date, he has to go through every transaction.

I like website more cause I can see dated along with transactions.

Wherever we go, I use split wise.

if you need idea, which i guess you would have it already in paid app.
that in app you can show date somewhere on the left side.

actually ₹219.00/month is much. So to compensate I make publicity. it feels like at least something I am doing for splitwise. but in using the app is most beneficial for the user.

In the expenses overview you can only see the month, so we currently put the date in every expense title, which means unnecessary additional effort.

Showing date details (which are showing item, amount, member status) along with existing details...

It would be definitely helpful to have the expenses date... love the app
