    Thanks for the suggestions! More granular control and making reminders smarter is something we are thinking about improving over time.

    For now, we automatically send out a monthly summary email each month that includes all of a person’s balances. You can also manually send a balance reminder by going to your friend’s page and choosing the “Send reminder” option (located under the settings menu on our website, and under the “More” menu on our mobile apps).

    Hi! it would be awesome if you guys had a feature that would periodically send reminders to people that they still owe money if they still have outstanding amounts after a long period of time. If you're part of multiple groups and you owe various amounts to various people, it's very easy to overlook who you've paid back and who you haven't. I have yet to receive payment from a former room mate and I'm sure it's just because it slipped his mind or my amount got lost in the shuffle, but having that feature would spare me the uncomfortable conversation of reminding a friend that they owe me money.
