    Thanks for letting us know. Unfortunately, neither of these are simple things due to how our infrastructure currently works. China is also a challenging environment because of how it connects to the internet for the rest of the world. Hopefully we’ll be able to improve this in the future.

    One year later we went to China again. Seems like the performance is now the way it should. IMHO this ticket can be closed.
