    We’ve actually talked about this idea before – we think it’s a very neat concept, but we’re not sure if it merits inclusion in the core Splitwise app, since a lot of Splitwise users actually don’t use Splitwise in this way. However, it’s a great idea for a separate app, either from us in the future or from a 3rd-party developer using our API (http://dev.splitwise.com). Maybe someday! :)

    it's like a smart feature which decides "who pays next?" because from the group activity we can know who has the most debt, hence it will be useful if a person comes to know of this, so that he or she can catch up with others by taking up the next turn to pay. 
    what do you think?
    Because I noticed over a period of time, we lose tend to be careless to settle up, or maybe not everybody cares to check due amount and decides to take next turn to pay, hence this feature will encourage a person with the maximum due amount to pay next.
