Export notes as well
When exporting to a spreadsheet, it would be awesome if all the information related to transaction is also saved as an excel file (rather than CSV). Currently notes and attached images are not exported.
Saving as an excel file, will give more flexibility to add links to images saved along with a transaction.
Thanks for the suggestion! I can see how notes and attachments would be useful, though we’d have to think a bit about how exactly to structure the spreadsheet (we probably wouldn’t want just one “notes” column, or each cell might have a huge amount of text). I’ll add this to our list of possible improvements for the next time we’re working on printouts and exports.

The Google Sheets API v2.0 gives you a great opportunity to export data from your Google account. https://phoodle.io/ The most common way of doing this is using an Excel macro, but Google Sheets also has its own macro feature which is called import and export.

I still do not see notes and image feature implemented. It is been 7 years now. May I know the ETA.
I made a small Python script using the API to enable bulk exporting of receipts and notes. You can find the article here https://medium.com/@garrettdowd/how-to-bulk-export-receipts-and-notes-from-splitwise-1f9fd3f644f4 and the source code here https://github.com/garrettdowd/splitwise_export
Add a print feature for printing also notes and comments referred to each wise.

Is it possible to export the data including receipts ?
It's been almost 3 years, is this feature still under review? Including notes in the spreadsheet export would be very helpful.
It would be great if the notes/comments associated with an expense were displayed on the Printable Summary. We like to add a brief description with each expense and we currently have no way of seeing all the expenses and associated comments on a single report. Adding this to the Printable summary and the export csv file would be wonderful.
