Thanks for the suggestion! I can see how notes and attachments would be useful, though we’d have to think a bit about how exactly to structure the spreadsheet (we probably wouldn’t want just one “notes” column, or each cell might have a huge amount of text). I’ll add this to our list of possible improvements for the next time we’re working on printouts and exports.

It would be great if the notes/comments associated with an expense were displayed on the Printable Summary. We like to add a brief description with each expense and we currently have no way of seeing all the expenses and associated comments on a single report. Adding this to the Printable summary and the export csv file would be wonderful.mike.inman71 supported this idea ·
