I could see how this would be helpful for tracking expenses down the road. I’ll talk to my teammates and see if they can fit it into our schedule.

A derivative of this:- Provide the option to deactivate members.
For example: My two of my room mates have moved out, but one of them is continuing with me. I want to be able to deactivate them so that they're not included in Splits by default, without deleting them and the previous transactions. Currently, the best solution appears to be creating a new group. However, the ability to deactivate members will provide more flexibility.
I usually spend on behalf of my friends who settle up periodically. Reviewing the spends and entering into Splitwise usually takes a couple of hours every month. I mostly rely on Walnut to enter spends. Walnut reads my SMS to extract spends. Walnut has in fact began to move into the domain by Splitwise by adding an expensive splitting feature. I don't want to move from Splitwise. However, this is a pain point that needs to be solved. Splitwise should allow me to review recent spends based on sms, and provide a bulk ui for entering spends into groups and splitting with friends. This would be the kind of time saving enhancement that would make PRO attractive.
