An Android widget is a great idea :) We just started work on a pretty big Android update – for now, we’re mostly focused on improving the core app, but we’d love to include cool stuff like widgets in a future release.

Thank you for this wonderful app!
When you split expenses often, say several times daily, the only downside is that it is 'uncomfortable' to open the app every time you spend small amounts of money. Meanwhile, we therefore started to only use it for larger amounts (>5 EUR). (I know, people are so lazy!)
Solution: Widget with a 'calculator-keyboard' for simple and instant sum-entries and a 'split now' button.
(Concerned group and split settings for me almost never change, so this would make it a dream for me to use.)
Additionally: increased visibility for splitwise app.

Better charts and a better dashboard are on our to-do list :) We’re still debating exactly how we want these features to work. Thanks for the suggestions!
