We’re not currently planning to build this, but as some users have mentioned in the comments, one workaround is to create a dummy member of your group using an @example email address to represent your ‘kitty’ or shared fund.
We agree that managing recurring bills could be better. Currently, the way to edit recurring bills is to change the most recent copy and that will change ones that follow. It will not affect the past expenses.
We’re considering how to improve this, and will leave this under review for now.

You need to create a Shortcut for Frequently recurring expenses so that with the tap of a button we can add the expense. This is better than a recurring bill because a recurring bill may not occur sometimes.
