What would the additional tax rows be for? And discount would be a percentage of the total? a whole negative dollar value?

We agree that managing recurring bills could be better. Currently, the way to edit recurring bills is to change the most recent copy and that will change ones that follow. It will not affect the past expenses.
We’re considering how to improve this, and will leave this under review for now.An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedIt seems ridiculous that you can't edit an upcoming transaction (from a repeating monthly bill, for example) until the date it is scheduled. We should be able to edit the date, amount and notes as we receive billing statements or information from utilities, etc.

Discounts can come as flat dollar amounts as well as percentages of the subtotal.
